The Installation and start up

You should now have the Ychat installer in an easily accessible place. If not, click HERE. Below are the instructions for completing the installation process.

Step 1: Locate the installer. It should be on your desktop or in a folder which is easily accessible to you. Double click on the installer which should look like this:
(If you have extensions disabled, the last three letters will be missing.) This will launch the installation program. The installation program will run and finally ask you if you would like to view the License.
Step 2: Please read the file so you will understand the License Agreement. You are now ready to start Ychat and begin chatting. When Ychat is first started it will ask for your login id and password this is the one you use for Yahoo Chat,then it will verify your id with Yahoo also if you have a proxy server you can click the proxy button and put it in the box that follows after yahoo verifies you. You will see a box like thisjust hit the logon button and your chatting
